Rooms are a little dated and need some maintenance but otherwise comfortable. Love the layout of the 2bd units. Great location in the middle of everything.

We stayed for one night in the winter. The unit we initially we in had was cold and bad thermostat so we had to move. The second unit the hot water ran out immediately so the kids couldn't take a bath. The decor is 90s dated but it's Williamsburg so perhaps retro is expected...LOL. So my rating is based on one night. There is an additional resort fee too. The staff was amazing and were very helpful and attentive.

Unfortunately we did not get photos of the room, but they were nice and quiet. Very secluded. The parking was assigned which is great. There was a lot to do during our stay just in this one place! The indoor pool was a hit for the season,

I am very satisfied with my stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Shower is large enough for 2 people. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is very spacious. Will definitely book another stay here soon.

Thank you for making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Maryland court room was great rooms. I am making a few suggestions and hope that it will help with a few updates and upkeeps needed in the room. The rooms are kept clean and everything you would need is available since it is a time share. The cooking utensils, cook wear , towels and more are readily available upon check in. The representative and maintenance personnel are very friendly, professional and pleasant. In regards to rooms and flooring, the building engineer and maintenance must updated the followings. The ceiling must be updated in Room 18A possibly mold or water leak. The additional chain lock for the doors must be replace. The walls must be repainted and the heavy duty curtains must be removed in case of fire, and a fire extinguisher should be installed. Consider, Installating a sprinkler system above the room for safety. Please install cameras for your visitors on the inside and outdoor safety and double check the phones. The phone lines does not work and in case of emergency, families am cannot call out. Otherwise, we had a great stay, it was quite. Consider installing a new ramp because the stairs are difficult to walk in and out it is narrow and there are no emergency service exit for families to get in and out from the second floors. It is a trapped hazard in case of fire or emergency.

Found this place by accident and it worked out so wonderfully. Large rooms (apartment really). We booked with a family member and they made sure to put us next door to each other. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Wish we would have had more time to spend here. We just used it to sleep for night before continuing our trip to next location. Huge bathrooms, clean units and comfy beds all at a great cost!

Booked here for week of Oct 12th to spend with my two toddler grandbabies. The indoor pool is NOT toddler friendly. They missed the mark here. Water depth is too high. Outdoor pool has zero entry and large enough area for toddlers, but NOT the indoor. Great for older taller kids with about a depth of 3.5ft. Rooms were nice but TVs could be larger and smart to allow viewing of other apps, i.e. Netflix, etc. LOVE the spa in the master shower!! Second bath also has a Jacuzzi tub. So you get both! The game room caters to older children also not toddlers. Also check out is 10a.m. and no option for later checkout. After having two toddlers for 8 days and limited sleep, it would be nice to have the option to sleep later before making a road trip.

During my recent trip to Williamsburg, my family and I enjoyed our stay, especially spending time together watching TV in the living room. However, we encountered an issue with the TV in our bedroom, which wasn't working. I reached out to the front desk for assistance, and while they informed me that someone would come to help, unfortunately, no one arrived. I was later told that the technician had left for the day. This was disappointing, as we were looking forward to watching a show that we enjoy at home. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk again and was promised a call from the manager, but I haven't received that follow-up yet. I truly appreciate the overall quality of your establishment, and this experience was an exception. I'm hopeful that in the future, communication could be improved to enhance guest satisfaction. Thank you for considering my feedback!I was traveling through Williamsburg and I needed to spend the night with my family and everything was very nice. We watched television as a family in the living room. The kids went into their bedroom and watch TV but my husband and I could not watch television because the TV was not working. I called to the front desk. They told me someone was coming and no one ever came a call back about an hour later to be told a gentleman ahead left for the day. He was not coming, so unfortunately, we had no TV to watch in the bedroom while we were there, very disappointing because we wanted to see a show that we watch at home all the time, but we didn’t get a chance to watch it. We talked to the front desk that morning was advised that the manager would be calling us, but unfortunately, I’ve not received a call yet. You’re such a great place but that experience may change my mind if I’m passing through again.

Our room was outdated. I felt like the 90's were calling. The deck could use a good power wahing. One of the bathrooms shower had a clogged shower drain. They came out and serviced it in a timely manner. The pool is great for kids. Our grandchildren loved it so much. It has slides and water features. Great location.

The pool and amenities are great for family fun. Everything in our rooms worked but the carpets need replaced badly and the rooms in general need updated badly! The beds are super hard. Our stay was good and we had no issues. The kids loved the pools so much! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and could stay here again but we have been to nicer resorts in the Williamsburg area. This resort would be our favorite if they improved the rooms.
