I've been coming here over the last 6 years with my wife and children and each stay had positives and negatives. This particular stay had more negatives. To begin, check in took forever. I get you're trying to sell a product, but once you hear no then you should back off. The room was okay. We've stayed here in the past and were lucky enough to get an upgraded suite. Not this time. This time we found ourselves in a unrenovated suite with furniture and appliances that got lost in time. It was nice that we got a full kitchen, but kind of annoying that everytime you try to use the oven the smoke detector goes off. I think we made upstairs nervous. First floor suites get a nice sitting room off the livingroom but this one was dark and dingy. There also appeared to be water damage on the ceiling. I'm guessing someone flooded upstairs because you could clearly see the shotty patchwork. My wife's biggest complaint were the bugs. I know it's difficult to control what creatures enter the premise, but hearing her scream because there was a slug in the bathroom was not fun. Internet was my biggest complaint. It seems the internet has been "upgraded" since my last stay, but the throughput was too low. We couldn't watch anything but YouTube. Anything else was nearly impossible. Parking sucked as well. My spot was next to an overgrown bush with bees in it. I mentioned it to the front desk and while they said someone would be out to take a look, no one did. So I ended up moving to a spot with no number on it. Good luck to whoever gets that spot especially if they have children. Hope they aren't allergic to bees. The grounds were nice but the outdoor pool could use a little tlc. Crumbling tiles and a pool light fell out. Overall though the outdoors were decent with a nice walking path. I can't say with confidence that I'll be back anytime soon to this particular location, not until things change.

The location was about 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and Water Country. Very close to the supermarket and food. The service was phenomenal. We had a small hiccup with booking and they were fantastic helping us to remedy it. We stayed in a two bedroom, it had a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony, and even a small washer dryer. Anything basic that you might need to cook or eat with was there, and there were plenty of towels for our family of four for multiple days. The amenities looked fun and the pools looked nice, but we were sadly too busy with our plans to partake in that. They did have activities all day long it looked like (we got a program when we arrived) and a lot of the equipment was included. There was also a towel card in our room for the pools as well, which is helpful. Overall, we all agreed that we really loved it here and would come back again. It was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located.

I always stay here when visiting Williamsburg, for it is a great location (close to my son’s house) and is reasonably priced. I try to stay at Hilton properties when I travel. The reason for the 4 star rating is the multifaceted. 1. Condos are old and need repair. 2. Noise levels, if you stay on the bottom level, the noise is intolerable. Folks walking overhead gets amplified like a drum, and the guests above me had multiple people walking around until 3am (so I ended up moving to a new location with the same problem). You can also hear tv and talking from overhead. 3. The entryways (shared) are not safe. 4. The front desk staff is hit or miss with helpfulness, kindness, and respect. 5. Anyone can get past the entry gate, so that’s a waste. Faux security. The pool area is really nice, it’s a great large space place to walk about (beware of goose poop everywhere), the grounds are beautiful, the price is good, some of the condos have been updated, the ponds and nature around the grounds are great, and condos have great space. My recommendations—don’t stay on bottom level, but that comes with a price.

We stayed here to be near Busch gardens and because there's an indoor and outdoor pool. I must say you definitely get what you pay for, although the outdoor pool is nice and not too crowded, the indoor one was not clean. The breakfast that is offered at the restaurant is not good and we tried 4 different options, all of them were quite greasy so its better to eat out. Our server was nice and polite, she was attentive and would bring water and coffee to refill.

Hilton for the win! As former residents of the Burg, we have stayed at Powhatan Plantation many times over the years when visiting. It’s the perfect location for us since it’s so close to our family members’ homes. This is the first time we’ve stayed since Powhatan became a Hilton, and we were impressed because it is better than ever before. The staff is phenomenal and the rooms are refreshed. (We did have one issue with one bathroom). Check in was easy - we received the keys at the desk - no forced timeshare marketing ploys. Very appreciated: designated parking space - yes! What a great idea. And new coffee maker that brews into a reservoir in the machine, letting you dispense a cup at a time. Not a K cup, but definitely the best in-room coffee we’ve had at a mainstream Williamsburg timeshare resort.

We stayed here for 8 nights and overall had a really good experience. The resort was very easy to find, and once there, it was simple to get around and locate everything on the property. Parking was also easy and convenient throughout our stay. We stayed in a three-bedroom unit that had a bedroom on each level, which worked out really well for our group and gave everyone their own space. One thing to note is that you can definitely hear people walking around above you, so if you’re sensitive to noise, that’s something to keep in mind. The kitchen wasn’t updated, but everything worked great and it had all the kitchen supplies we needed during our stay, which made it very convenient. The staff was one of the best parts of the experience — everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to anything we needed. A couple things were disappointing, though. The outdoor pool closed at 7 PM, which was frustrating, especially since it’s already May and for us it was summer break. I understand they may wait until local schools are out to extend hours, but it still would have been nice to enjoy the pool later in the evening. The outdoor bar also wasn’t open yet for the season, which was a letdown. The indoor pool became extremely crowded at times, likely because the outdoor amenities had limited availability. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly atmosphere, convenience of the resort, and the spacious setup of the unit.

DISGUSTING PLACE ! Upon arrival and check in, i arrived to a room with TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS ON THE FLOOR. I had to call room service and they did come promptly and vaccumed. The ceiling fan string was also broken and the maintence came to fix it. Upon opening the sofa bed, i found that broken too. Noone came to fix that one. Please do not expect any room cleaning or even refreshment of towels unless you call for EVERYTHING. With the resort fee id expect more. My main room had no working light besides the side bed lamps. The vents were FILTHY AND HAD MILLIPEDES AND SPIDERS COMING OUT OF IT!!! I evicted 7 critters in my duration all from this vent in the photo. The place itself is a great size ! Very convienent and has beautiful scenery. The staff in the activities center were the best of the staff by far ! David and his female supervisor (i forgot her name) were amazing with my son and so friendly and personable. Overall this place has great potential. It definitelt needs NEW MANAGEMENT for the Living areas. Cleanliness is NOT UP TO PAR, not even close to other hotels (wayyy cheaper) that ive stayed in. I am lucky i brought clorox wipes, ajax and a few small cleaning supplies to clean the areas i used.

I love staying here when we come to town. The apartment type rooms are great for privacy and making you feel at home. You can lounge on the couch while you wash clothes from the day just like at home. They have an adult only hot tub that is inside that can make relaxing there a bit more bearable even if there are kids running around the indoor pool. This along with the on-site coffee shop and the ambiance of the beautiful property is what brings us back every year.

Great location for the Williamsburg, Jamestown & Yorktown historical sites. 15 min or less. Located on an historic plantation built around the historic Toliver Manor with over 800 Hilton units. Units a very large and some with 2 bedroom suites. As of 4-2026 units are being renovated little by little and there is a great Bar and Grill located on- site that offers delicious meals and menu items at a great price, with huge portions, so seniors beware, or choose from the kids menu. The staff and services employees are the best, so friendly courteous and professional. Be sure to check out the activities calendar during your stay and grab that ghost hunter tour at the mansion eves at 9:00pm. Tickets can be purchased at the activities center, located in the lower level of the bar and grill. Family's will love the mini golf and playground. Set in a quiet preaceful setting with multiple lakes, geese and turtles this gated community is sure to comfort everyone from the everyday hustle and bustle. Minutes from Prime outlets malls and shops. Checkout the shops New Town.

We have stayed at this location one previous time and it was fabulous. However, this most recent time definitely left A LOT to be desired! After I checked in, they basically blocked the door telling me I couldn't leave until I went to the concierge to talk to them about their timeshare talk about bullying tactics. First thing we noticed in the room the lamp on the side closest to the bathroom would not work unless you are asleep and then it would flicker. Don't think about using the dresser. The drawers will just automatically open for you especially when you're walking by and don't want them to. Then the hook on the back of the bathroom door is falling off along with the bathroom light fixture falling off of the wall barely holding on by its wires. And don't be anything over 5'5 when you go to shower. Otherwise you're going to have to duck to get under the water. Then you move to the kitchen. Toaster's broke. You only get one side of your bread toasted also the painted spots on the stove where they tried to cover the rust. The rust on the refrigerator. And the level of cleanliness feel like I may as well have let a child eat on the table and then just walk away. It probably would have been cleaner. And even when you tell them all of these issues they said that they would have management contact me. Still have yet to hear anything. Also be advised there is no warning about the $200 deposit hold - update they finally called 2 days later to talk to me about our experience and they could have cared less about anything being broken. At this point wish I could give a 0 star review.
