We stayed here to be near Busch gardens and because there's an indoor and outdoor pool. I must say you definitely get what you pay for, although the outdoor pool is nice and not too crowded, the indoor one was not clean. The breakfast that is offered at the restaurant is not good and we tried 4 different options, all of them were quite greasy so its better to eat out. Our server was nice and polite, she was attentive and would bring water and coffee to refill.

Hilton for the win! As former residents of the Burg, we have stayed at Powhatan Plantation many times over the years when visiting. It’s the perfect location for us since it’s so close to our family members’ homes. This is the first time we’ve stayed since Powhatan became a Hilton, and we were impressed because it is better than ever before. The staff is phenomenal and the rooms are refreshed. (We did have one issue with one bathroom). Check in was easy - we received the keys at the desk - no forced timeshare marketing ploys. Very appreciated: designated parking space - yes! What a great idea. And new coffee maker that brews into a reservoir in the machine, letting you dispense a cup at a time. Not a K cup, but definitely the best in-room coffee we’ve had at a mainstream Williamsburg timeshare resort.

DISGUSTING PLACE ! Upon arrival and check in, i arrived to a room with TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS ON THE FLOOR. I had to call room service and they did come promptly and vaccumed. The ceiling fan string was also broken and the maintence came to fix it. Upon opening the sofa bed, i found that broken too. Noone came to fix that one. Please do not expect any room cleaning or even refreshment of towels unless you call for EVERYTHING. With the resort fee id expect more. My main room had no working light besides the side bed lamps. The vents were FILTHY AND HAD MILLIPEDES AND SPIDERS COMING OUT OF IT!!! I evicted 7 critters in my duration all from this vent in the photo. The place itself is a great size ! Very convienent and has beautiful scenery. The staff in the activities center were the best of the staff by far ! David and his female supervisor (i forgot her name) were amazing with my son and so friendly and personable. Overall this place has great potential. It definitelt needs NEW MANAGEMENT for the Living areas. Cleanliness is NOT UP TO PAR, not even close to other hotels (wayyy cheaper) that ive stayed in. I am lucky i brought clorox wipes, ajax and a few small cleaning supplies to clean the areas i used.

I love staying here when we come to town. The apartment type rooms are great for privacy and making you feel at home. You can lounge on the couch while you wash clothes from the day just like at home. They have an adult only hot tub that is inside that can make relaxing there a bit more bearable even if there are kids running around the indoor pool. This along with the on-site coffee shop and the ambiance of the beautiful property is what brings us back every year.

Great location for the Williamsburg, Jamestown & Yorktown historical sites. 15 min or less. Located on an historic plantation built around the historic Toliver Manor with over 800 Hilton units. Units a very large and some with 2 bedroom suites. As of 4-2026 units are being renovated little by little and there is a great Bar and Grill located on- site that offers delicious meals and menu items at a great price, with huge portions, so seniors beware, or choose from the kids menu. The staff and services employees are the best, so friendly courteous and professional. Be sure to check out the activities calendar during your stay and grab that ghost hunter tour at the mansion eves at 9:00pm. Tickets can be purchased at the activities center, located in the lower level of the bar and grill. Family's will love the mini golf and playground. Set in a quiet preaceful setting with multiple lakes, geese and turtles this gated community is sure to comfort everyone from the everyday hustle and bustle. Minutes from Prime outlets malls and shops. Checkout the shops New Town.

We have stayed at this location one previous time and it was fabulous. However, this most recent time definitely left A LOT to be desired! After I checked in, they basically blocked the door telling me I couldn't leave until I went to the concierge to talk to them about their timeshare talk about bullying tactics. First thing we noticed in the room the lamp on the side closest to the bathroom would not work unless you are asleep and then it would flicker. Don't think about using the dresser. The drawers will just automatically open for you especially when you're walking by and don't want them to. Then the hook on the back of the bathroom door is falling off along with the bathroom light fixture falling off of the wall barely holding on by its wires. And don't be anything over 5'5 when you go to shower. Otherwise you're going to have to duck to get under the water. Then you move to the kitchen. Toaster's broke. You only get one side of your bread toasted also the painted spots on the stove where they tried to cover the rust. The rust on the refrigerator. And the level of cleanliness feel like I may as well have let a child eat on the table and then just walk away. It probably would have been cleaner. And even when you tell them all of these issues they said that they would have management contact me. Still have yet to hear anything. Also be advised there is no warning about the $200 deposit hold - update they finally called 2 days later to talk to me about our experience and they could have cared less about anything being broken. At this point wish I could give a 0 star review.

The rooms were spacious each with it's own bathroom. The facility had plenty to do and numerous activities. And it is close to everything. Like Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. I would recommend this to anyone.

We Loved it. In winter, there is a well-kept indoor pool and hot tub. The entire accommodation space had all the amenities, and the room was enormous. It is highly recommended that anyone visiting Busch Gardens with children should consider this place. In case needed, they even have an EV charger.

Stayed during Christmas (24-28) for 4 nights last week. The apartment was okay, definitely older and not updated. The hot water was gone after 8-10 mins in the shower so two people cant shower at the same time or one after the other. The internet was mediocre at best and kept going in and out, even after they "fixed it". We could smell whatever cooking they were doing in the apartment below us which wasn't great. The $28.00/night resort fee was not worth what I got. Probably would not stay here again.

We just got back from a 2 week vacation at this resort. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite, which has 1 bedroom on each floor the top having 2 twin beds. It has a pullout couch on the 2nd floor and full washer and dryer. Plenty of room big closet. Never heard our neighbors. If you like the Paranormal they have a fantastic team called Virginia Paranormal Occurrence that does ghost hunting tours in the manor house. David and Geri tell the history of the property and after the tour let you use their equipment. We took this tour several times and loved it every time.
