Easy access from highway. Room was clean and ready at 4pm. Pool was clean and refreshing. Only issue is there needs to be more lighting in the evening. Pool open till 10pm but not enough lighting around pool deck to see. Tripped on the leg of a chaise lounge after exiting pool. Toe was not happy. Is across street from train tracks, train does go through at night. Depending on where unit and bedroom is can hear it. Only 1 train though so wasnt bad.

It was a wonderful, clean, beautiful place to stay. The pool area was exceptional, grandson loved it! The resort was close to all historic locations. We will definitely be returning in the future!!

I purchased a timeshare for this property. What a huge mistake!! Bluegreen tricked me into the purchase and I’m still fighting to get out of the LIFETIME contract! Pretty much everything that they pitched and promised during the time of sales did not materialize. I felt duped and wanted to get out. But guess what, they won’t let you out! They’re so incompetent that they don’t even know where my account exactly is. They sent me to 1 company, and when I called that company, they said my account is not with them. Their maintenance fees have skyrocketed, which I was not informed of, yet you’re not able to use your timeshare since there is essentially never any availability. So, what is there to maintain? What a joke! I don’t want to keep paying for something I can’t use and have been lied to about purchasing. I am retired and living on social security with many health issues. Just my medication alone has taken up most of my social security. It is $448 for 1 med! Bluegreen does not care… they just care about squeezing every penny out of me. If you see Bluegreen, which is under Hilton Grand Vacations now, keep walking and never look back!

The place was clean, beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was the couch being very uncomfortable, hard, fabric very rough. The chair wasn't much better. The outdoor furniture is all metal. Everything except the beds were hard on my bad back.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The prices are appropriate for what you get, and the rooms are excellent. Super clean and well taken care of, with a full service kitchen ready for cooking. The rooms are larger than I expected, great for families on vacation. The general attention to details in the hotel was miles better than any generic hotel chain.

Very beautiful resort. Good amount of space all thru the condos. Nice balcony and across the street we can see roller coasters from Bush Gardens

Great staff, room was great for our whole family. Prompt on checking some things we were concerned with, and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. Location was awesome for doing colonial trips, and a fairly quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the primary shower. The shampoo, body wash, and moisturizer were good quality products. But I must say, that the best part of the trip was the attentiveness of the staff. They texted us daily to make sure our stay was going well and that we didn't need anything. They made recommendations about things to do in the area. We exchanged most text messages with Collethea. She was so sweet, well-mannered, and very genuine. She made us feel welcome. Others that should also be recognized are Xander, A'Siya, Jarvis, Jerry, Anthony, and Kellee. In addition, the grounds were well kept. One of the maintenance workers was emptying the trash cans located by the elevators. He not only replaced the trash bag, but also washed the trash can. The maintenance workers were just as friendly as the front desk area, making us feel welcome. I would not only stay here in the future, but would recommend this location to others.

This is definitely the kind of accommodations we're accustomed to! I only wish we booked for a longer stay! I totally felt like I was at home!

I checked in 2/13/26 and I was told that it was a newer unit/building I was going in to. On Saturday I saw roaches that I did not bring with me. I informed front desk and nothing was done. This continued throughout the day and I was so inconvenienced. The property is decent and so are the looks of the units. They offered me a refund of $126 for my truma which is no where near what I paid to basically stay in my car
