The owners are great and do their best to accommodate you. Yall need to bring Mandy back. The location is great. A family hotel

This place is not fancy just fyi, however, it's clean, efficient, nothing spectacular but has a great rate. If your looking for somewhere with a great price to spend the night, get a shower, and something to eat nearby this is it.. Great MID location to go to Williamsburg ,Gloucester, Newport News, and is close to the interstate to get to Hampton, Richmond etc,,, This is a great starting point. Not a luxury motel but does what it needs to do which is get you showered, fed and ready for your Intended destination.

The owner is super cool. She was very kind and i liked dealing with her. I love the look of the outside and the food next door was great. However the room was so outdated and old fashioned it made me feel like an elderly person. It had wicker decor furniture, turquoise and pink paint and big blankets that were not white. Which i always feel like the place is hiding stains if its not white. I didnt see any bugs though. So thats cool.

Very clean and such a cute little place. Prices are pretty nice but the pool is no longer. They should probably take the pool off the listings. We thought we would be able to take a swim in the pool. Not like we got enough ocean water. I still wanted to get in a pool. It did not effect my impression of the place. Clean. Good budget pricing. No frills just simple room to go to sleep till it’s time to explore this area again the next day! The guy that runs the place or possibly owns the place is pretty cool as well.

This place is dangerous and dirty, floors were sticky and had dirt all over it. i found hair in the tub & the tub wouldn’t drain. We asked for another room and when i got in the shower they kept the heater running in the bathroom which caused a massive electrical explosion as i was taking a shower. it looked and sounded like the bathroom got stuck by lightning. i could’ve got electrocuted in this place it’s not safe. the heater looked and sounded like a vent so i didn’t think i should turn it off. They told me it was my fault for turning it on when it was already on. They laughed it off and said it’s no big deal.

Quaint and quiet, set right off of 17. The owners/staff were more than accommodating for us on a 12 hr notice. We cannot express our happiness enough with this establishment. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is the shower had low water pressure. Other than that, this place was perfect for our needs, and there is a restaurant/bar right beside it that serves breakfast all day, we are happy. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Cigarette burns everywhere. The bed sank uncomfortably close to the floor. I'm not that heavy. The sheets were stained and in no way appeared clean. I was very uncomfortable. There was mold in the mini-fridge! I should have taken pictures!
