The hotel.is pet friendly. The room we got smelled of wet dog. Right after check in I went to ask the front desk person if there was a chance of switching rooms and couldn't even get that far with him. As I approached, he was on his phone. He looked up for a second when I started talking, asked him if every room was pet friendly he said yes then looked back down at his phone. So I gave up. The room was also dirty. The supposed to be blue chairs provided were so dirty where you sit they were brown. Also, the air handler is in the bedroom and is loud.

The room we stayed in was excellent. Took about 20min to check in because nobody was at the desk at 5pm, excuse was it was shift change ????. We spoke to two different people letting them know the ice machine was not working in the room with no resolution ???? Location was centralized with all attractions in the area? We enjoyed our 3 night stay, luckily the bedroom door blocked the noisy ice machine ?

The hotel is good. The breakfast is good. The staff however, are excellent. We had a 12 night extended stay and the staff all made us feel very welcomed. They are professional, friendly, helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Williamsburg VA.

We only booked for one night but sould definitely stay there again. We had a 2 queen suite that had a double sleeper sofa. It was for 4 people but we needed seperate sleeping quarters for our daughter's boyfriend so this room fit the bill. The room had a kitchenette with full sized fridge. The room was very clean and no complaints about the bed comfort however, I could have slept on pretty much anything considering how tired I was. Stacey was amazing. Super sweet. Actually everyone that we encountered was kind and friendly. We did not eat breakfast but it runs til 10am. Pool is from 9a-11p. Pool is in its own building but connected at the same time. The pool building is hot but the pool was refreshing. 24 hour fitness center (did not use). Bathroom has conditioner and shampoo pumps but no body wash (bar soap at the sink for handwashing). Hair dryer. Only complaint is that the handle to turn on & adjust the water in the shower fell off. I was able to fix it so we could all shower. Also, the only way the shower head didn't make a high pitched noise was when the spray was set on the more forceful pressure. I did not feel this needed to be addressed at 1230am so when I reported it at checkout, they apologized profusely and took notes to get it repaired. Would definitely use this location again. Approximately 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and Water Country on July 4th after fireworks so other days may not be as bad.

Nice hotel for families. Rooms were good, nice to have a kitchenette, and there was plenty of parking. Good location to get anywhere in Williamsburg, from CW to downtown. Shoutout to Stacy for her kindness and positivity while working the front desk, she made our stay easier and was helpful.

Friendly staff at Front Desk and in breakfast area. King Suite was a nice size. Good parking. The location is excellent for getting to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown and grocery shopping. We would stay here again. EXCEPT for: Hilton’s outrageous charge of $148 for having pets. It cost 2/3 of that to put them in a pet resort for 36h.

The shower curtain was missing. So since my wife and I did not want to fall on a wet floor so I requested one. The person at the front desk finally came up over and hour later, handed me the shower curtain and left. Really? Gotta put up the shower curtain at a hotel I paid for? Two phones in the room. One did not work and the second one did only when I held the cord in the handset. Service like this really bucks. Guess my next trip Williamsburg ( which is already planned ) will include looking for another hotel or at least one with common sense service.

Arrived to find dirty sheets on the bed. The front desk provided new sheets but told us to change them ourselves. None of the three phones in the room worked properly.

Good hotel. Prices were reasonable for Williamsburg. Room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. Breakfast selection was great, large amount of options and even vegetarian selections. Rooms were slightly noisy at night, but this could have been due to weekend traffic.

The room was clean and check in was easy. The room was missing Kleenex and wash towels no big deal. Waking up to hit a cold under cared for breakfast was the bummer. No juice left, no coffee!??! Cold eggs, cold sausage ect were bad and this was at 9am. The buffet closes at 9:30 but it was being packed at 9:15. We told Stacy as we left she said we would get a $50 credit but instead we received 5k points which equals $5. We really couldn’t be more disappointed.
