One word: AWFUL. The lobby is filled with bugs, and the rooms are filled with bugs. I opened the door and smoke came out; it was hotboxed with weed. I lifted up the covers, and cigarette burns were in the covers. I looked in the bathtub and spotted four roaches. So unless you want to inhale weed, take baths with bugs, and wake up reeking of cigarettes while trying to compete for food with your local cabinet bugs, this is not the place for you. By the way, I was surprised how hardy the crickets were, considering they were living in the fridge and microwave.- all noted in 10 minutes I left very quick.

Cheapest suite in town isn't always the greatest. Smells on entrance, pool shut down, fitness room shut down, and blood on shower curtain to just name a few issues. Checked out after a few mins and got a refund. Had to find a reputable place to stay. Nice staff but this place is not it. Not sure where the blood inside the shower curtain came from. Maybe there needs to be an investigation there. ?

Absolutely HORRIBLE hotel. I only gave it 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review. My family and I stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days and only met 1 staff member that was halfway pleasant. The other staff member was rude and had a terrible attitude. We couldn't use the pool or business center at all and we never notified beforehand. The entire hotel is dirty and old and reeks of Marijuana and urine. The room itself was just as nasty and severely outdated. Towels had black stains all over them and we were never given any wash cloths to bathe with. After asking the front desk for some wash cloths, we were told "they didn't have any and to use a towel or our hand to bathe with". My husband had to run to Family Dollar to grab some washcloths so that we could bathe properly. The room was also hot and didn't cool down at all until our last night there. Also, it seems the carpets have never been vacuumed since being installed 60 years ago. The wifi barely works and the same goes for the cable. All in all, I wouldn't put a stray animal in this hotel for the night, let alone me or my family stay here again. We were absolutely ripped off. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

????? I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this stay earned it. The hotel has a long list of maintenance issues that made it feel neglected from the moment I arrived. The Wi-Fi was spotty and constantly disconnected. The cable TV didn't work, and neither did the room phone. One of the stove burners was broken, making the kitchenette less than useful. The hallway constantly smelled like cigarette smoke despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking. The room itself was in rough shape. The bathroom faucet felt like it was about to fall off, several electrical outlets were pulling away from the wall, and the air conditioner sounded like a diesel engine trying to start on a freezing morning. Getting a good night's sleep was nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the hotel advertises that the pool is open, but when I asked the staff, I was told it hasn't actually been open since COVID. Advertising amenities that guests can't use is misleading and disappointing. This property has potential, but it desperately needs maintenance, honest advertising, and better overall upkeep. I expected much more for the price and would not stay here again.

I'd give it a 0 if I could this place was disgusting no hot water for 3 days found a loaf of at least 6 month old moldy bread no pool no breakfast no phone in the room. I have pictures i wish I could upload them

The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay during W&M grad weekend, shameful prices would be gouged like that knowing their facilities are subpar. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.

The kitchen is pretty much useless. My room had one frying pan, a serving spoon, 2 forks, and several butter knives. The room is clean and spacious, but I feel kind of ripped off considering I could have saved money on a regular room and ordered out. Now I have to order out anyway bc it's cheaper than buying a cook set for four days. Also the indoor pool is closed for renovations, which I was never notified of until I asked at check in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The photos are extremely misleading. The rooms are run down, dirty, and smell like old cigarette smoke. The stove didn’t work, the carpets were wet and spelled like dog pee. The furniture is beat to death and clearly never taken care of. Phones didn’t work, smoke detectors didn’t work, I’m not sure they even have a license to run!!! On our way out of there, there was a pile of fresh dog crap at the door and a passed out drug addict in her running car (the usual heroine zombie slump). The cops pulled up as we left. This is not a safe hotel. It is the projects of Williamsburg. Stay away!!!!!!

I will start with the good things,. It was a quiet area and I felt safe. The bed was comfy. The staff was very polite and friendly and they upgraded me to a bigger room to get me in early since I was traveling alone. However: The room was so dirt!!! Bad smell in the hall and when I opened my door, a mix of smoke and dog odor. I walked across the carpet with white socks just to go to the bathroom and back to the bed and my socks were black, I could feel them sticking to the carpet. There was paint chips that had been scrapped off the door frame in the bathroom behind the door on the floor. The shelves under the sink looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time, just dusted off but not actually clean. Plugs on the lamp didn't work, the wall plug was falling out of the hole. TV didn't work. The hallway had trash all up and down and it was there from the time I arrive to the time I left. I tried to upload pictures in several different sizes files and formats and it just kept giving a error. Believe me when I say it was very nasty! If it hadn't been so late and I wasn't alone I would not have stayed. I am not a very picky person about my hotels, but the filth of the carpet alone was enough for me to post this!!! On Booking it only posted my good comment so I wanted to make sure everyone knew what I really found here.

Our room was dirty. There was hair in the shower, the towels were dusty and the hallway of the floor our room was on smelled really bad. The bathtub didn't drain so we had to use another room on another floor to take a shower the last night we stayed there. The microwave oven door was broken. There was no basket in the coffee maker so we had to go downstairs to get coffee in the morning. One positive is the staff was very nice. Oh, and there is plenty of parking. When we checked out, there was a note on the desk saying that the clerk was away she helping another guest. We waited for about 5 minutes and left our keys and a note on the desk telling them we had left.
