The rooms are clean and I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff here are.. they have treated my children and I so well. Always friendly and overly willing to help with everything and with a positive welcoming attitude. I wish there were more people like this! Definitely must stay here!

Nice staff. But the room was dirty, the second floor smelled like weed, and on our first night, there was a party raging until 2AM. Definitely not staying here again.

Titanium member = I have stayed at a lot of Courtyards and this is up there in the roughest I’ve been to. Great location with multiple restaurants nearby. Service was great, but the hotel is just rough around the edges. Trash in parking lot and room, lots of minor little issues- shampoos not properly mounted, low water pressure in sink, and multiple cosmetic issues. Needs to be refurbished. Worked for three nights over holidays but don’t think will return again. Not on par with brand.

This hotel was in need of a face lift the last time I was there a year ago. Rooms have become shabby. You can tell about how much the cleaning staff cares just by looking in the corners. These corners were horrible. I'm glad I only needed to catch some sleep before heading off to My destination. It will be quite a while before I stay here again. I'll stay at another Marriott property but not here.

Rooms were clean, AC was very dusty. The pool was down for maintenance and the grill didn't always open on time.

Void this place at all cost, room is filthy and when you request for change of room it’s almost as if we are the ones that have to beg for them to allow us to have our request fulfilled, go to other courtyard by the airport at least over there is clean and doesn’t have that moldy smell in the room. As you can see it in the pictures that was the shower that it has not been cleaned properly for a long time and you can tell by the rust in the corner that room had been flooded, along with floorboards are rising from the foundation. I can honestly say this is one of the worst Marriott Ive ever stayed. I left and got reservations at other Courtyard.

As others mentioned, we booked this expecting Marriott quality. we received much less. The reception was very unwelcoming. It was dirty, mud tracked on the floor before we even entered the room fully, dirty tub/shower, and the shower was not cleaned. There’s also no water pressure, think washing your hands with a trickle of water. All in, not what I would expect from a Marriott property. And I’ve stayed at many, across the world.

Convenient location but rooms are in need of a major remodel. The A/C unit is defaning and looked extremely dirty. This was the theme among the room with many surfaces in the bathroom looking unkept. Mold on the caulking near bathroom floor was disgusting. Very poor for Mariott standards

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. We booked a king suite, expecting comfort and quality. Instead, the room felt more like a hospital room—stark, bare, and lacking any warmth or charm. It was clearly in need of upkeep. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a noticeable hole in the wall, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Marriott property. This stay fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from Marriott, and unfortunately, I wouldn't return to this location.

For the amount of money you pay for the room they need serious upgrades...new paint...new AC units...beds were comfortable though... Housekeeping could do better..they left a use washcloth on top of shower rod..when I looked up it was there...so was the room or bathroom fully cleaned...lock on door didn't work..manager I believe was nice enough to come fix it..front desk staff was ok...over all for a courtyard Marriott just thought it would be a little better...
