Posting this review to let people know that this Inn is old and very nice, but not very clean. The first day we arrived we removed 2 spiders webs, tables were not wiped down had dust on them, under bed I couldn't even say when the last time it was vacuumed. Very disappointed in the cleanliness. For the price I expected a higher quality of cleanliness. Even though tables on outside deck were obviously part of the accommodations they too were extremely dirty and not anything you would want to eat off of or put your personal things on. If you are looking for an Inn to stay at just beware this one falls short of being clean.

This was the perfect Bed and Breakfast the house rooms and location is what you want while visiting Williamsburg. Walking distance to everything restaurants winery brewery colonial area. The Breakfast in the morning was fresh homemade and delicious. I highly recommend the Williamsburg Sampler.

We had a wonderful stay at Williamsburg Sampler Bed & Breakfast! The cozy ambiance and charming decor made us feel right at home. Laura, our host, was fantastic—welcoming and attentive. Waking up to the smell of delicious bacon was a treat, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Highly recommended! It was the first time travelling with out puppy and they were able to accommodate all our needs. Thank you very much, Laura!

We LOVED staying at Williamsburg Sampler. Lauren was the best host we could ever wished for! Lauren is very kind and friendly. She was always available by phone or texts and provided us with everything we needed to know about Williamsburg. The Sampler feels very homey - cozy, clean and very stylish. We felt right at home. We loved the complimentary treats and amazing homemade breakfast - scrambled eggs from Lauren’s own hens, four grain porridge and amazing desserts. My whole family fell in love with Lauren’s B&B and can’t wait to come back!

This B&B made our trip!! Cannot recommend it more…it’s a quant house with so many thoughtful touches around the communal rooms and bedrooms. There’s a fancy coffee machine, free sodas/waters, fruit, etc. for the guests. In the morning, the guests sit around the large dining room and eat an AMAZING breakfast made by the cook! This was such a great way to start the day of doing touristy things, the breakfast was felt so fresh, cooked with love and overall delicious. The bedrooms were also great, extremely comfortable beds and smart TVs. We would absolutely stay again, this was such a great part of our trip! It’s also a 15 min walk to town so in a great location! Not too noisy either sense it’s on a quiet road.

We have stayed at several B&Bs over the years. This is by far the best. Furnishing are breathtaking, spotless clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and it was all you can eat home cooked buffet. Our host was extremely friendly and on point always. We will return here and give it a try as you won’t regret it.

Where to begin. This is the most special place to stay. Every morning we where fed a scrumptious breakfast. We stayed in a king room with a sitting room and an outside porch. This a a 10 star property. Lovey library with incredible museum like decor. Located within walking distance to W &M and Merchant walk.
