I had a terrible stay at this establishment. Not only was the owner of the hotel very rude and condescending upon check in, but he threatened to not let me check in if I didn’t “Lose the attitude”. All I asked him for was an explanation of how to use the hotel room key because it wouldn’t open my room door, to which he irritably responded “it’s common sense.”. As if that wasn’t already enough, I checked in to my room to find roaches crawling everywhere as soon as the room lights came on. I couldn’t even bring my bags in out of precaution, and not wanting to take roaches home with me. They were crawling everywhere and all over the furniture. This place is a place to stop, and get back on the road. 100% will never give my money to the establishment ever again. Travelers and guests BEWARE!!!

If I could rate this property 0 I would, it is disgusting the beds had no fitted sheets and the mattresses were filthy no pillow cases. The beds are uncomfortable and the owner I rude and enjoys harassing his guests. This place should be condemned if you like roaches crawling every where and nasty furnishings then this is your place

I booked through a third-party so I couldn’t get a refund BUT when I tell you, this motel is the slums of the slum!!! PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS REVIEW AND PASS THIS place at all cost!!! I’m not even gonna go to the list of things that’s wrong with this place, but it actually should be condemned at this point because that’s how bad it was!!!! -100

This place is horrible, I wouldn't bring my dog, to sleep here. I went to get towels in the a.m and was told I has to wait till 11:00, remind u its 7 in the a.m just got off work and needed to shower, on top, of that the next day, I got to get toilet paper, and was told, I had to wait to the house keeper come. I recommend anyone not to come here

Avoid this establishment. The rooms are old and smell bad, but that was the best part. In the morning, there was no hot water. I complained to management, and after I was ready for the day and heading out, he wanted to show me how to get hot water. I’m 61 years old, very educated, and have successfully ran businesses. I told him I was perfectly capable of determining whether there was hot water. I have owned several homes and know how hot water works. In addition, in hotels they have a system where water is diverted from other heaters when the water heater to that room runs out. I let it run for 10 mins and never even got warm water. Later that night, I tried to bath again, the water was warm but never got hot. Additionally, the shower never completely shut off, so if you bathed it rained water on your head. The next morning I asked for a partial refunded. The manager refused to give it to me. He insisted that I didn’t know how to turn hot water on. I assured him that it doesn’t take a genius and if that room had special procedures to get hot water, I should have been told at check in and possibly offered another room. I come to Williamsburg, VA 1 weekend a month, and he permanently lost my business. This manager would rather run his mouth and claim to be right than provide good quality service and have repeat business. I also heard other occupants complain that they did not have hot water, but this manager has no intention of fixing this problem and he will lose business and receive bad reviews. Also, the refrigerator was not plugged in and when I plugged it in, it did not run. I was given 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. No bathmats, no 2nd wash cloth, and no hand towels. I very small bar of soap and no shampoo. You can get just as good a hotel room elsewhere for the same cost.

I recently stayed at the Super Inn Hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience! The pricing was incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money without compromising on quality. The location is absolutely fantastic—situated right across from Lightfoot Marketplace, which made everything so convenient. Whether it was grabbing a quick bite, shopping, or simply enjoying a stroll around, everything was within walking distance.

Terrible. If you do have to stay for a night or two take your stuff with you!! I paid cash for two nights. Came back from working and someone else is in my room. They lost my toothbrush and a lady drank one of my Monster drinks. ?. Show how much they pay there people that don’t clean at all. Don’t come here . Go to Howard Johnson or Calt John’s Smith end. Also so many fire /electric code violations here as well. They gave me another room but that doesn’t seem like they care about the customer. Also a homeless person was sleeping under stairs last night. He scared me and I scared him. But he threatened me I kept walking. Just make sure you know self defense. Place is garbage. Customer service sucks.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have EVER EVER SEEN or stayed in in my entire life. Disgusting!!!! Filthy!!! Roaches!!!! TV speakers were blown. The owners would turn off the elevator. No mini fridge. No housekeeper I was told at check in. The wifi went off and I asked if they changed the password he told me no, he had to reboot it and I needed to give him a while. The door had no latch. The furniture and bedding looked like it was from the 80's. When we went in the room there was a condom wrapper in the trash can, a roach in the dresser drawer, the bed looked liked someone had been sitting on it, there was one dry rotted pillow on one bed and two on the other, the toilet was clogged, the tub constantly ran water no matter how hard you turned the dials off. The only reason we didn't leave is because we had no choice. We were sheltered there by the housing agency due to an emergency need for shelter due to an illegal eviction. I don't recommend it to anyone. I related to the housing agency how bad it was, and plan on calling the proper agencies about the conditions. It needs to be shut down. Oh one more thing the smell was overwhelming and stomach turning.

$69/night in Williamsburg. You are getting what you paid for. We didn't die. Staff was very friendly. Room wasn't dirty but didn't have a coffee maker. There were only 2 towels and no bath mat towel.
