Very nice resort with spacious and clean rooms (very clean!!). There is a fabulous outdoor hot tub that remains open in the winter along with free mini golf and other resort activities. The location is very quiet and set off the main road but still very accessible to all the local attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. The TV's do not have an actual guide and were not synced with the channel guide provided which made it a bit challenging. Only unpleasant part was the 15-minute sales pitch to attend a presentation after arriving at 9pm after a very long drive. Front desk was lovely until we declined and then they were not so kind.

Great location and resort is nice and expansive. However, for once, I would love to be able to check-in and not be told I have to attend a timeshare sales meeting (which they won't admit is a sales meeting) . You DO NOT have to go, by the way, even if you've been "pre-registered"

Nice rooms. Stayed for a week for new year's. Friendly service. They were nice when we asked for the stuff to play billiards. The person at the desk was very pleasant. Bingo was fun too. They seem to have a lot of experiences for guests.

Great location, this area has really built up since my last visit here. The resort is older but clean, the bed in the master BR is comfortable, the furniture in the living room was like most other Wyndhams, adequate but not really comfy. The resort could use upgrades.

The rooms are ok. However, my tub had pubic hair in it when I arrived. Additionally, there are no full length mirrors. ? I’m sick of attending timeshare presentations… I just attended one 3 months ago at this same property and they required me to attend again. Also, why is checkout 10 am? We asked for a later checkout and was still harassed by the cleaning staff at 9 am. Otherwise, decent experience.

Prime location! Literally everywhere we sought to venture off property to- was under 10 minutes away...from shipping to eating, touring, even 2 other couples at other resorts/ Inns.... this is the spot n the local!!! Amzing clean property, rooms, amenities on the resort ! Free arcade! Free tennis and paddle ball! Ghost stories around fire! Theater-- no sneak in necessary- you're encouraged to bring in your own food etc, so whilst Free admission... no outrageous cost to snack!! Indoor and outdoor pools!!! There's geese on the property giving an additional appeal of serenity. And there's even a verrry large checker board game made onto the property landscape! Plenty of security around the clock patrolling as you choose to walk to the activities!!! Staff were courteous and all smiles!!! SND room.service for more towels was no hassle n fast!!! Over 100 free channels means you have in room movies too! Waher dryer with detergent...paper towels n extras... I could go on and on! Oh!!! NOOOO pressure sales pitching for the presentation made available to us to consider purchase into the Wyndham Rewards Club!!! There's just so much to say!!! But I think you get the ideal! Also, Check out was the BEST! A BREEZE...ON YOUR PHONE. I'LL be CERTIAN TO RETURN AGAIN! Oh. I must mention the bedding pillows and mattress-- I wish I remembered to check.out the brand of the bed pillows!

The place is very well kept and clean. Ashley and Delaney were absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. They’re both so friendly and attentive. It’s not easy to find people who truly make you feel valued as a customer, but they went above and beyond. I’m really grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back!

I love that you use wristbands to get in/out of units — much easier than keeping up with a key card. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated, the bathrooms are unlike any other I’ve seen at a hotel, there’s quality dish-ware and cutlery in the kitchen, and I wish we could have taken the bed home with us. I wish there were more directional signage for the buildings (as you enter and driving/walking between buildings), and some backlights on the building numbers, but those are really my only suggestions. The only other two things that would have been great, is 1) the ability to purchase s’mores kits, and 2) a filter system on the faucet & a pitcher (so you don’t have to keep going out and buying water). The fire pit in the pool area is AMAZING and perfect for a camping dessert classic, but we didn’t have ingredients handy.

My wife and I spent a week her, ground floor, easy in and out. We also had a sliding glass door that let us go outside. The hot tub and pools were really nice and very few people around. Very quiet, the ducks were very fun to watch. Will be going back again. It gave us a great place to come back to after exploring Williamsburg and Jamestown.
