Really enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptional clean. We traveled with our two dogs this time and it was very accommodating for them as well. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my time here and having a small kitchen with silverware,plates and cups in my hotel room was a lavish experience. I enjoyed my stay here. One thing I did not enjoy was the TV placement.

The room was comfortable for the hotel's category, with excellent service from the housekeeping and other staff. The room and bathroom was clean and decorated to welcome any guest. I was also able to enjoy the outdoor facilities like the pool and grill. I felt comfortable in the facility

This immaculate hotel is not only beautiful and can handle every need you may have (I’m permanently disabled). It also employs the most caring and patient employees. I am coming from a really stressful life and until I landed her I had no idea life could be so calm. From all of of the front desk associates to the maintenance man, Oscar, (who my service dog, Gracie loves) helping me with my Spanish and helped to set all the clocks in my room. I know that God landed me in the right place to heal my body, mind and spirit as I found him showing me in the laundry room (attaching a pic). Their laundry facilities are free and are in a beautiful gym with cold water to drink.Their kitchens have a stove and fridge as well as a dishwasher even with detergent provided! Rooms have great pots and pans that are stainless steal; along with paper towels and dish soap. I am grateful for all their support as I know I can be a handful at times…

They don’t have daily room maid service. So if you want fresh towels you have to go to the front desk. Rooms and hotel is what you’d expect. Someone’s big amazon box was in the hallway and clipped it just about everyday for about five days as I rounded the corner. Not sure why they couldn’t get it out of the way. Parking adequate, although large pickups completely filled the slot leaving a narrow gap to open your car door.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay! Staff kind and accommodating. The manager is always attentive about our stay, eager to help in any way. Plus, she has the place decorated for the holidays beautifully! She genuinely cares about her property, keeping it clean and organized. Cupboard area fully stocked with convenient foods!

We are currently staying at Candlewood Suites, and I must say , it was a lovely experience from start until now. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The manager (Angel) awesome, as well as the staff , they are all great. All of them are very friendly, polite and helpful. The suite was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything I needed. I appreciated the kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and stovetop, making it convenient to prepare meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel offers great amenities, including a fitness center and a cozy lounge area. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee available in the lobby, The guest laundry facilities were a huge plus, allowing me to keep our clothes fresh during our stay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. It made it easy for us to explore the area. Me and my husband are enjoying our stay in Candlewood Suites Yorktown and highly recommend it anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating hotel.
