We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Everything was great from start to finish. I really loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

9/5/2026. Got hear today, and this place has put the biggest damper on an anniversary getaway. There are roaches, in the room. Called the front desk and one person on staff, and he couldn't do anything until the morningshift came in. Couldn't sleep the whole night! Couldn't wait to leave. It was day 1 of 5days. Had to wait to even be switched to another room. Requested a move to the sister hotel they wanted us to tour! Just wanted out! The rooms are older, and obviously not well maintained. The floors thin because i could hear the folks upstairs. Prayed we would NOT be taking roaches home. This has made mee not want to go on anymore vacations. Going to places where thousands of people go, now makes me feel like im taking them all home with me.

The 2 bedroom unit that we were in had non functioning outlets in the kitchen and some of the rooms. The rooms were of good size, the kitchen area was small and had old appliances and a crooked stove top that if you put a pot on, it was wobbly on the burner. The coffee maker didn't work at all, had to call for a new one. There were dishes and pots, but not a single pan. The paper towel roll was provided but there was no paper towel holder in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. I noticed one of the heavy curtains was ripped pretty badly in the back. Overall, the units need updating. The pool is not huge, but decent size. The staff are friendly. The property is close to historic sites and lots of restaurants and shops are close by, which is very convenient. While we enjoyed visiting Williamsburg, we would not be coming back again to this property if we were to given an opportunity to come back.

Accommodations are good but we did have to navigate stairs to our 2nd floor condo. There were several small items that needed maintenance in our condo (plugged toilet and kitchen sink, deadbolt that didn't engage). Bed was comfortable. Partial kitchen with no stove. The swimming pool is huge and very nice and the grounds are well maintained.

This is an excellent place to stay for family or just couples! From check in (less than 5 min) to a great day at the pool. Grounds are very clean, very well kept. Staff is super friendly. The condo/room is exceptional! I wish I was staying more than 1 night! Great location if you r visiting Williamsburg or Busch gardens. lso quite a few restaurants and mamma pop places within 5 to 15 minutes ( olive garden, pizza, Chinese, 7 eleven, deli, etc). And for the price I paid thru hotels.com was a steal for this place!!! Most definitely recommend!!

We got there at night and it took use 30 minutes for a room key. As soon as we got their another group was already in our room and we spent an hour getting another one. We pre-booked this 5 days in advance. The room was spacious and hold 2 families comfortably. The area was loud and had lots of party noises which were a disturbance. It was so hot that my friend had a severe nose bleed.

Very spacious rooms! Comfortable beds. Very clean, full kitchens with everything you need, our first visit we stayed in 301A in a deluxe and it was perfect! Make sure you book full kitchen, kitchenettes are upstairs. Second visit went from 5 stars to 1!!! Started in 91A, fireplace switch on but no pilot light smelled gas, back door was broken so moved. Husband showed my handicap placard to be sure it was accessible, nope 5-6 steps. Daughter went to office, showed handicap placard asked for FLAT entrance. 10A... 3 steps I had to crawl into the room and leave my wheelchair in the car. Obviously handicapped are not welcomed here.

I've stayed here twice. I love the rooms with the huge tubs and saunas. It's close to Busch Gardens. Both times I stayed, I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night because of noise. It takes calling twice before they do anything about the noise. The first time, the people downstairs had their tv blasting at full volume. The second time, 5-6 people were having a party at the picnic table right outside. I called the front desk at 2:30am bc they were being very loud and I could smell what they were smoking. I won't return to this hotel because it was a really bad night of sleep both times. The rooms are not sound proofed.

Stayed here multiple times. Convenient to New Town and outlets. Somewhat dated property but reasonably well maintained. Not our favorite burg resort but perfectly acceptable.

WOW! I really like this place from the office people to my two bedroom unit. Everything was above satisfactory Clean and so spacious don’t bring anything except clothes the kitchen is filled with everything you’ll ever need. The bedrooms are huge. Very happy that we chose this place. ?
