Trash piled up outside, pool empty, roaches all over the bathroom, no fire alarms on property. Asked the manager and he said there was no fire so what’s the problem. Not up to code. No light bulbs in fixture and furniture in rough shape. Would give zero stars if possible. Not like pictures posted.

Me and my husband been living at this hotel for a while the man in the front desk is mad cool. He fixes stuff when need be he make his customers happy I love it because it’s weekly rates and also he has a amazing housekeeper she can clean the hell out some rooms I love her best hotel

Booked online - went to check in and room was not ready - told to come back and room was still not ready 4 hours later. Was then told I can not have the room and will not provide a refund.

Don't. Just don't. Relatives stayed here. A disaster. Because of not nice people (owners?)

Friendly Staff; Courtesy driven, located near great restaurant in colonial Williamsburg, rooms are very comfortable quality mattress, Great view, an Very Safe environment.

The owner is a friend of mine and is a wonderful lady. However, this is an older motel and doesn't have the best amenities. It does have a pool and is literally seconds from downtown Colonial Williamsburg and minutes from one of the largest outlet malls in the state. I would stay here if I needed inexpensive lodging in central Williamsburg.

NEGITAVE STARS!!!! We had stayed at the rodeway inn off merrimac trail on room 112 for a week and had no priblems My boyfriend, our daughter and I checked in last night Friday march 3rd and rented a room at the budget inn wiliamsburg at 800 capitol landing road williamsburg va 23185(room 112 ) at about 630pm and left to take my boyfriend t the hospital he was feeling I'll we got back around midnight and went right to sleep. My daughter and I woke up first and when I had sat on the bed side to give my boyfriend his medication I noticed a small brownish/blackish/reddish round bug about the size of a sharpened pencil lead. Crawl under the pillow case towards my boyfriends head. I caught the bug and bought it to the front desk I asked for my money back and she agreed and squished the bug showing a lot of blood. I went back into the room and lifted the matress where I saw another bug the same color but smaller like the size of a Large pen tip we I went to catch that one I accidently squished it seeing more blood. I packed my room and went back to the front office to get my money and tell the office their refrigerator didn't work and ruined all our food also, the woman at the front desk told me how she spoke to her pest control person and they said there was no was the bug had gotten that big off just one person over night and implied the bug had come from me, also she charged me for the night and told me she hadn't rented that room since september. I told her how upset i was having to pay for a laundry mat and then to detail my car to make sure my belongings didn't have bugs to which she replied I know we had to do the same thing the last time the inspector was Herr which k thought was odd. I called the sheriffs department and they told me it was strictly a civil case there's nothing they can do.

Overall the room was fine. However, I came back to my room to find that the cleaners had left the door to my room open!! Nothing was taken, but I was understandably upset. Calling the front desk, I got a representative to come to my room to complain. They would not offer any compensation for this inconvenience. All the representative kept saying was "I'm sorry." He seemed to try to give the impression that he couldn't speak English. But I knew he could. He had no problem understanding or speaking until I asked about compensation. To make matters worse, the cleaners had not left soap. This was the second time that it had happened. Again, the room was fine. I just had problems with the service!!!!
