Would not recommend. The room was dirty. Had roaches and the toilet clogged multiple times. When I informed the front desk, I was given a plunger, told “good luck” and instructed to place outside the door when done. There are plenty of hotels around the area but I chose this one because I had no problems with the brand in the past. But this one is terrible. Zero stars if I could.

I found myself stranded, with no phone or car. I walked to Rodeway in a very upset state, hoping they had a room for me. JENNIFER at the front desk was an angel, she went above and beyond to help me. As far as the motel, I’ll admit I’m a Hilton gal, but this place was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, the Ned was super comfortable and the adjacent chicken restaurant was delicious! It’s also right next to Captain George’s Seafood, a very popular local restaurant. Thank you again JENNIFER, she is a gem and I would love to have her as an employee.

This place cannot be recommended! If I could give zero stars, I would and actually they should get minus stars for false advertisements! The room was so dirty, you could even smell it. The carpet probably got never cleaned. It is so dirty, you could not say what color it is. Outlets did not work. The bathroom was a mess and no windows could be opened. The deluxe continental breakfast is false advertising. All there was is friutloopes and super mini muffins that looked dead. We booked for 6 nights but left the morning.

The hotel is perfectly located down the road from a plethora of places and right next door to some restaurants. One which shared an entrance in the lobby of the hotel. Both were pretty busy so I can assume the food is good. My room was great for the price. It did look like the pictures on the site. Only gripe was seeing painters tape outlining an area on the wall but it wasn't a hindrance. Also a slight inconvenience was the parking but its only because the one particular restaurant shares the space with the hotel. They were busy so the parking lot was packed when I stepped out to run to a store but later on in the evening it was empty once the restaurant closed for the day. The gentleman at the front desk was a pleasure when checking it. Most Choice staff are dismissive in my experience but here it wasn't the case. They were friendly made sure I had what I needed.

I ended up booking this place last minute after our other hotel cancelled because their AC was out. Honestly I just picked this one because they had the best rate but was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds, great AC, mini fridge and microwave. Got a great night's sleep, would stay here again.

We have stayed with Rodeway Inns and Suites Williamsburg Central for several years now, and the staff and service/rooms have been wonderful.

It's was great. I stayed overnight. Clean and decent price for a quick reset.

Right across from Captain George's room was clean and good size as well as the bathroom. Ice machine is on the 2nd floor which is hard on a bum knee. only real issue was with the Kig Size bed in our room. It felt like a 5/8 thick plywood with a foam mattress toper on it. Oh make sure to get your shower before 7 am or it will be a cold shower.
