over 1 year agoAVOID! There was a dispute on the dates of my reservation upon arrival here. I used my credit card to reserve a room but paid cash upon arrival. This hotel also charged my credit card as well! Had to go to my bank and show them the receipt I had from where I paid cash. Absolutely disgusting display of greed at it's finest! Needless to say I will never return!

over 1 year agoThe worst experience and hotel I've had in a long time. First, I go to check in and some time since I made my reservation that went from Clarion to travel lodge (put new sign up the day after I checked in) I had made the reservation using my choice points. He seemed nice enough and said he'd call choice and get them to honor it since no one let me know, yet the the next morning I'm charged 270 bucks for 2 nights at a place that should've been 40 a night. First thing I see when entering the room was roaches, then ants. The lobby must've been remodeled recently it was kinda nice but once you leave there it looks like a condemned 1978 Vegas hotel. The room had cracks all in the wall and ceiling from obvious water damage. The place smelled like trash and shitty weed. I've never been so damn disappointed with a stay in my life. Stay away from this place. We talked to 2 others that were leaving after they walked into their room and seen roaches. Nasty! I can't believe Windham would aquire this.
