I had a few incidents and Miss LaCrystal has helped us. We thought she was a manager.Every visit she has been here and she has been a great help and has great leadership skills!Her leadership is unmatched!she diffused the situation every time.She has helped us 3 times!!

BEWARE! Was CLEARLY TOLD AT CHECK IN that I would only be Billed 31dollars for amenity fees. FOR THE WEEK! Since there were no amenities ( hot tub broken, pool not open, and no other amenities, I was OK With that ! I was just now billed an additional 197 dollars from Shell clubs! What a scam! The girl at the desk clearly had me sign something to the affect of a $31 weekly fee! It was an RCI trade. I paid WAY TOO much for a week, with NO AMENITIES! The condo is nice, check in was very efficient and the girls at front desk were fabulous! We had an issue with our door lock, and it was promptly handled. As others have said, it is very dark, and lighting, especially in bathrooms, is not good. Very difficult to apply make up. Over all it is a nice convenient location, and rooms are very comfortable. Very convenient location, and walking distance to many nice restaurants. There aren't a whole lot of amenities, and they do charge a fee. Dishwasher doesn't work. Reported it. nobody followed up. I ran it and there was NO water. Glasses shattered due to intense heat and no water. Not my fault! I would not stay here again! Not sure why I paid an amenity fee!!!. Very upset that hot tub isn't working ! Was told 4 days ago it was broken. No indication they are trying to fix it. Have tried every day! I was told it would be! We would have been thrilled to have use of a hot tub after walking all day! Would have stayed someplace else! There is nothing to do here at night. No hot tub, no pool table! Ruined our vacation! Edit to say hot tub worked for a couple of days, and then was very cold our last night, and not enjoyable! never ever saw anyone checking on anything to ensure an enjoyable stay? Don't waste your time!

The room was beautiful very very clean with (No bugs and NO Bed bugs) which is a very good Plus the receptionist was excellent and friendly the location was great. In a good location with plenty of food options. 10/10 around to eat at.

Very happy with the room, we got a suite. It was in the Jefferson building. Check in was short and sweet. Lots of different options for dining, really close. Not far from Colonial Williamsburg, the reason for the trip. Reasonably priced for where it is. No complaints. Came in late February temperatures not too bad for this time of year, could be a fluke ?. Key card access to building and rooms like most other places now.

I love this hotel great location close to a few restaurants you can walk to the movie theater a nice 15-minute bike ride to colonial Williamsburg rooms was clean . I love how the room had two bathrooms a full size fridge and a stove with an oven it was very homely the parking kindness sucks with small parking spaces I would definitely recommend it

Stayed at the Patriot Inn with my husband and teenage daughter. In a convenient location near restaurants, grocery stores and even a movie theater. Within mins of Colonial Williamsburg and 15 mins from both Yorktown and Busch Gardens. Room was nice with a full kitchen with all the pots and pans and accessories you may need. Quiet rooms, felt safe and super clean. Had two bathrooms which was an unexpected perk. Will be coming back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this inn! We booked a suite and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The property has a pool and a hot tub, both of which were well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking available, which I really appreciated. The location is also a big plus—it’s only about 10–15 minutes from both the amusement park and the water park. There are plenty of food options nearby, along with a pharmacy, shopping, and even some fun thrifting spots. The only feedback I’d share is regarding the bathroom. While it was clean overall, I did notice a little black mold starting to form on the shower tile. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something to keep an eye on so it doesn’t get worse. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Shew where do I start. This is NOT a hospitality stay. You are given the very bare minimum of items in your room. One trash bag, one dishwasher tab, one towel and one washcloth for one person for 6 days. Layout is nice, beds are stiff and super uncomfortable. All the doors squeaked which made it impossible not to wake anyone, the couch was loud and also uncomfortable. Floors were extremely sticky. It was nice to have the small kitchen. It was definitely a quiet room we could not hear any hallway or neighbor noise. Pool was clean, hot tub was lukewarm and had a ton of suds each day. No pool towels available at pool as we were told by the front desk. We asked the cleaning lady who gave us a complete attitude. There is no daily housekeeping but they charged us a fee. The WiFi is an absolute nightmare. It’s goes in and out constantly. I cannot say the hotel is clean, the same trash and dirt was in the halls the 1st day we checked in and we stayed a week. Location is good depending on what you want to do, most things with in 10 mins. Plenty of places to eat. Very basic hotel.

The rooms are nice with a 2 room suite however, in the bathroom there were these tiny bugs. No idea what they were but they freaked me out. The tv works but the whole vibe is kinda sketchy. I have not seen any bed bugs and glad I have not because I am terrified of them.

My family went to Busch Gardens and decided to stay at the Patriots Inn. The front desk staff were friendly, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire resort. The only problem was waiting for the room to be cleaned. Check-in time is at 4 pm, and we had to wait 30 minutes, which was a lot. Overall, it was a good experience for my family, and I.
