We are TT members, and we had a campsite and a "Getaway" cabin, this last visit to TT Williamsburg. The campsite was WONDERFUL! The cabin was great! Our family really enjoyed staying there while we toured the historical sights in the area. The outdoor pool was warm and clean, the indoor pool was cooler and provided some much needed relief from the sweltering heat. We love doing our daily walking in this park. It's so relaxing and beautiful! They are doing a lot of work, which is nice, really improving the amenities that were a little worn down. Can't wait to see it when they are finished. Madison, in the office, was SO awesome to work with us, when we had to extend a couple days, because my husband was very sick. So grateful for her kindness, and for the availability to stay a couple extra days, until he could drive. Vince, the "maintenance man", was very friendly and helpful, as well! We will definitely be back!

Good campground. Streets are narrow and allot of sites are very congested and cramped. Looks like TT is trying to cram everybody in. Renovations are currently going on. TT is trying to save this campground they purchased. But its safe and quiet.

Very nice campground. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. This campground is quiet. A great place to relax and enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle. My husband and I enjoy the location as well. A lot to see and do in the area. Especially if you love history or just want to explore some nature in the state parks.

Staff really works hard to accommodate you if at all possible. They're all very friendly. Nice size & clean pool. I like that the whole park has lots of trees so even when it's super hot (108°) it's not unbearable.

We've had bad luck with Thousand Trails campgrounds that are not maintained, are dirty, and short-staffed. So glad to find one that would be worthy of revisiting! We ran into an issue and really needed to stay past the few days we had booked. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We had to move a few times within the park, but they were able to get us all the time we needed. The facilities are nice and clean. A new game room, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, mini golf, a playground/ball courts, and walking trails. They also have a lovely members lounge with comfy seating and a TV. They pop fresh popcorn several times every day that is available as a courtesy. The laundry room is quite nice as well. Sites are pretty close together, but that's nothing new. They have activities for kids and game nights. We attended Bingo and had a great time. A huge shout out to Becky and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond to help us! Other Thousand Trails locations could learn a lot from their efficiency and friendliness.

Not thier fault but way too much noise from I-64 If I had known that all we would be doing is listening to is traffic all day and night I would never have booked this campground No peace or relaxation just sitting here listening to Semis and traffic go by Campground is beautiful and staff was great if you don't mind constant noise

We have been twice now, both times were equally as bad as the other.....AWFUL. Luckily they have some of the best staff you could ever ask for, just a shame they work for such an awful campground. First, the sites are small and very, very, very unlevel. Both times they have had to move us. I brought 24 leveling blocks and had my camper on one side almost 2 ft off the ground and was still no where near level. They know the sites are like this and has not been fixed. I know they wont be perfectly level, but its just ridiculous how unlevel they are. Secondly, the "ammenities" they offer. Half of them dont work or are "out of order". The arcade is a joke, well over half of them dont work or are out of prizes for the kids to win, the ping pong table is about to snap in half and cost 50 cents to play a game from the 90's. The basketball hoop is completley broken and being help up with a rusted chain, the mini put put is decading terribly. The first time we stayed here the pool was out of order, this time the hot tub was our of order. the bike trail was closed off. This place single handhandidly made us want to cancel our thousand trails membership. It seems if your not a memeber you get the better spots then if you are a member. Would never recommend this place to anyone to be fair. Luckily the staff are very helpful. The popcorn was probably the best part, which is very sad.

My wife and I stayed here 11/9-11/15 and we enjoyed our stay. The service was very good. Our site was ok and the location is fantastic. Being Fall there were leaves everywhere so I'd really like to stay here in the Spring or Summer to see what it's like. Definitely would return.

We have been here the whole season and it was the absolute best.. the staff are amazing and treat you like family.. truly! Fun, SAFE , clean campground with trails , and lots to do at the club house . I can't express enough how much of a family feeling you get here!

Lots of trees! We have a large rig with two vehicles and were given a site that could not fit both of our vehicles due to the trees. The neighbors sewage line was also too close for comfort. There were larger sites around and feel like they should prioritize them for the larger rigs with two vehicles. The roads are also narrow which makes it tricky as it is. The location of this park was great, we felt like we were 15 minutes from everything. The outdoor pool was nice, there was an arcade game room and the activities over the weekend were fun, we enjoyed candy bar bingo. The building is old, indoor pool area is very hot, old smelling and some of the grounds appear rundown. The pickleball/basketball court needs updating. There is no dog park here, yet there is a large open area near the front of the park.
