I apologize that this review is way overdue. I want to say thanks ? to the owners and all the staff, for such Wonderful and caring services that has been provided from the moment of walking in. I arrived at this location 4531 George Washington memorial highway in Yorktown Va, I walked into Avery clean lobby and smelled ? amazing. Greeted by Mr. Ryan @ the front desk. The next morning as I prepared to exit after pouring myself a fresh hot cup ? of coffee,there I spoke with the House keeping team. Very friendly and personable with such warm smiles ?. About a week later this little cute friendly lady wanted to know how r We needed anything? So sweet with a huge smile. I assumed she was an owner and she was. Through out our stay, the staff has provided nothing other than that warmth, peaceful demanors. Every time you enter and exit the place and spotless!! Let me not forget to elaborate on the amenities as well Always clean and fresh. I would like to thank the Owners and the entire staff for a very clean and professional ran establishment. Oh and my guy with the cool ? hair I don't remember his name he's amazing and friendly as well. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.... Rm 124???

My only complaint was the non smoking room did smell like smoke. The bed was extremely comfortable I didn’t want to leave

This place is a joke, owners are worthless. Stayed for two weeks and not one time housekeeping came to clean the room or bring towels and toiletries, I had to go to front desk to get them to clean the room. Ordered from Amazon and they returned packages never heard of a hotel not accepting packages for people staying in there hotel. Would not recommend spend the extra $10 and stay at a Holiday Inn.

Personable and professional. All of the staff is friendly and efficient. We had stayed here on and off for a few months getting our family grounded and Vimal, Ryan and Harry and housekeeper Miss JJ ( who has been so kind to our children) along with other servicing staff have been very understanding and professionally accommodating. Thank you all for your positive attitudes and smiles! ?? I highly recommend staying here.

This is the first time I've had to leave at midnight, at 1:01 AM. They said it was nothing. When I got into the room, the smell was really bad. I took a shower and went to sleep. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep because my whole body felt itchy, like something had bitten me. I took a shower again and went to tell them, requesting to change rooms. They said they would go check. I said that it's bed bugs. I said I wanted to change rooms, get a refund, or something better. They said they would check. Okay, I have to leave. It's really bad service. How could they check for bed bugs with their eyes? I have been to many hotels and motels, but this one is really bad; it made me unable to sleep.

So this was the second time I stayed at this location and I have to say, both times have been Great experiences. The staff is amazing, especially Ryan. Thank you for being so welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone asking!!!

I’ve been coming to the Red Roof in Yorktown Va for two and half three years now. The staff have always been very friendly and polite. The manager is a very kind man. I’ve never had any problems staying there. It’s like my home to me and my dog.

The owners are very nice and hospitable. I love that your first pet is free. Room was clean , well lit and comfortable. It’s very close to several stores , restaurants etc . The rates were affordable. Only thing I wish is they had granola bars , muffins or something simple Out for breakfast .

What a wonderful place to stay! Friendly, accommodating staff, awesome location, spacious, clean rooms! The manager and whole staff is amazing, made us feel right at home immediately. Nice to see this day and age! Highly recommend ??

I had a wonderful stay at Red Roof Inn. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for a pleasant and affordable stay!
